  • The Daily Brew offers breakfast and lunch. This adorable coffee shop also has internet access. (#2)
  • The Beach Plum Bakery offers an immense selection of both coffee and breakfast treats. (#2)

Ice Cream

  • Lazy Sundaes has over 45 flavors.  The fabulous staff offers hefty portions of their delicious ice cream!  Once customers come to Lazy Sundaes, they never go anywhere else!
  • Somerset Creamery is stock full with original flavors of homemade ice cream. (#4)


  • Cataumet Crossing has a mini golf course, and bumper boats.(#2)

  • The Steamship Authority has a parking lot in Cataumet. From here you can take a bus to ferries that go to either Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. (#4)

Post Office

  1. Post Office
    Directions: Take a right out of Parker’s. Go to the stop sign at the end of the road and take a left. You will see the Post Office on the left about a .25 mile down the road. (If you go under the railroad bridge you have gone too far.)
  2. Downtown Cataumet
    Directions: Take a right out of Parker’s. At the stop sign turn left. Follow that road until it ends. At the stop sign take a right. Go about .25 mile and you will see downtown on both your left and right.
  3. The Chart Room
    Directions: Take a left out of Parker’s. At the stop sign go left on Shore Road. Follow Shore Road for about half a mile. Once you pass under the rail road bridge, Kingman Marine is on you left hand side.
  4. Ferries, Ice Cream and Kayaks
    Directions: Take a right out of Parker’s. At the stop sign take a left. Follow the road until it ends. At the stop sign take a left followed by an immediate right (Scraggy Neck Extension Rd).
  5. North Falmouth
    Directions: Take a right out of Parker’s. At the stop sign go straight. Follow the road until stop sign. (Road will bend a couple of times be sure to stay right and follow the road along the water.) Once at the stop sign go left. About .25 mile down the road is the small grocery store.
